| My method is to make a monthly calendar with the dates and time the visits will be. During the week the non custodial parent will let me know where the visit will take place so I can let the custodial parent know the meeting place.
If there is a restraining order I have other methods. Also each client has their own case situation. I will follow courts order, and work my best with both parent for the well-being of the child. |
