| Intake Procedure: Both parents must attend an intake appointment to go over the program contract, program rules and take a tour of the facility. There is a $20.00 intake fee for each parent. Each parent will have a separate intake appointment.
Father Matters Supervised Parenting Center is set up to provide on-sight supervised visitation services and safe exchange services. We work with families to understand all safety concerns and provide an environment that all parities can feel comfortable and safe.
Our monitors, are there to monitor and document the visit. Visitation reports will be provided within 48 hours of each visit. To learn more or to set up an intake appointment, please feel free to give us a call or email. |
