| Shaul Mediation & Family Services is dedicated to serving families who are in the tough times of divorce and separation.
To that end we offer supervision to parents - who by court order or parenting plan provision need to have their visitations or transitions supervised. Our trained supervisors have had thorough background checks and are bonded.
Visitation Supervision is provided on a regular basis by contract or on an as needed basis at a reasonable hourly rate.
Supervised visitation typically involves a parent who is required to do her/his parenting under the supervision of a third party. These can take place anywhere legally allowed.
The supervisor remains in the background, staying as unobtrusive as possible to the child(ren), but close enough to observe and take note of the entire visitation experience. When and where required, the supervisor will take notes and submit and summary of each supervised visit. |
