| The purpose of Family Court Services of East Tennessee is to work with the local court systems to provide a supervised safe place for children to visit with their parents when displaced by the court system, whether through divorce proceedings, Domestic Violence or Abuse and Neglect, to provide the courts with services to help determine the disposition of children and their families, and to help those children and families maintain a safe and wholesome relationship. |
