| Serving as the Statewide Program Manager for the judiciary's Safe Exchange and Supervised Visitation program, we contract with the New Mexico Child Advocacy Network to oversee twelve local contractors that assist clients referred by the district courts. Local contractors work with the Administrative Office of the Courts and their local judicial district court.
Eight of the State's thirteen judicial districts contract with local service providers to offer safe exchange and supervised visitation in New Mexico. We would like to expand coverage statewide, and while there is interest in the remaining districts, the economic situation in 2009 precludes that opportunity now. |
